New Season of the Bachelor!

Wow, how exciting, right? The best part about it is that this is something Rachel and I do together - watch the Bachelor, Bachelorette, and So You Think You Can Dance. I pretty much love anything I get to do with Rachel. This will be an interesting season, as all the rest have been, I'm sure.

So, here's my Project 365 photo for today. Rach and I went to Chipotle for dinner, and here's our still-wrapped dinner:

I still have my leftovers in the fridge, I think I'm gonna go chow down as soon as I finish this post.

Talked to my brother Randy this evening - he and my other brother Michael are coming to Orlando with their wives for the Disney Marathon Weekend. Randy will run the Half Marathon and Michael and his wife will run the Goofy Challenge, which is the Half on Saturday and the Full on Sunday. I am so excited to have them coming and to get to share this great experience with them! They will arrive Thursday afternoon, and I hope to get to spend some great quality time with my brothers. Hooray!!!

All the rest of my family except me lives in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Last summer when I was there, my nephew Scotty and his girlfriend Marijean took me to the most amazing taco place - Big Truck Tacos. It was truly one of the most memorable Mexican meals I've ever had, at a restaurant that is in an old gas station! They also have a food truck, and this made for some great fun a few months ago. The Food Channel has a show called The Great Food Truck Race, and they sponsored a contest where people could vote online for their favorite food truck - well after a week of head-to-head competition with a burger food truck in North Carolina, the Big Truck Taco truck won...whee!!! This means that they will get to compete in the next Great Food Truck Race!

So my mom knows how much I love BTT, and here's one of the gifts she got me for Christmas:

It's my hot pink Big Truck Taco t-shirt! My other piece of BTT memorabilia is a BTT sticker which I have on the top of my laptop. I absolutely can't wait to go back to OKC to eat there again!

But alas, for tonight I have to be satisfied with my Chipotle leftovers. Peace and love to everyone, come back soon!
